I honestly was gunning for Claire…then Katarzyna…then Whitney. I figured they took her this far for a reason. They couldn’t have two black girls win back to back, and it was about time a Plus Sized Model won. And I must say, she had a fierce walk. Anya was very rushed and boring, but Whitney came slinking down the runway like she was made to walk it. Congrats to her! I’m sure Fatima and Anya will have no issues getting work from agencies.

Claire….wtf happened to you!? She started out so fierce and then she slowly deteriorated. Who face plants into plastic? They specifically told her not to do that. And at the go-sees she was wayy too over-animated and sometimes that turns people off. Yeah I dunno, I think she just lost it. Actually no, I think she missed her family and kind of subconsciously destroyed her chances. Luckily with this show if you don’t win, you have a greater chance of being successful. I think the agencies will love her.

Dominique…go away. Stop raising your eyebrow!

Fatima I hope you shaved your armpits girl…

Whitney looks gorgeous. Sadly she won’t win because Tyra doesn’t give it up for the plus size ladies. I think she should, I mean they have Queen Latifa on CoverGirl too.

Lastly, this was the WORST photo shoot idea ever. You can’t see anybody’s face and it just looks like a giant blur. The artsy stuff is what you do for fun after you have been modeling. The lighting was awful…ugh it was just so stupid.

Since there was some stupid basketball game on…my TIVO cut the last 12 minutes of the episode off :[ I’ll be posting the episode clips once I find them, but here is a quick recap of what I saw.

- Claire and Dominique got into a fight…over D’s alarm clock going off. I understand that! I HATE BEING WOKEN UP. And Claire is standing there trying to wake her up and D won’t get up ugh. I probably would have thrown it at her head and been kicked out of the house for violence. Which is again…another reason why I can’t try out lol.
- I liked Tyra’s suggestion about the painful poses. High fashion is all about looking in pain or ridiculously sad all while doing an awkward pose. I will tell you it gets hard, especially if you don’t exercise. They want you to squat down, but you can’t keep your hands on the ground to balance you…meanwhile look fierce suck in your tummy and keep your head straight. phew!
- Why is claire still breastfeeding? Enough said.
- I loved the idea for the fashion shoot. Actually something normal instead of: “omgz you guys are gonna be ice cream flavors!” I found this youtube clip of the photos from this episode. Enjoy!

ANTM cannot be that bad that Miss Tyra might be replacing herself?! Can it?

There’s been no shortage of tales about Tyra Banks‘ personality conflicts on the set of America’s Next Top Model, but the latest might be the most interesting since it could have a lasting impact on the show. OK! magazine reports that Banks isn’t getting along with photo shoot creative director Jay Manuel, and her days on the show could be numbered.

“It’s gotten so bad that Tyra and Jay aren’t speaking,” an insider told OK! magazine. The selective silent treatment isn’t limited to Manuel, either. “Tyra barely interacts with the contestants and only wants to show up on judging day,” the source told the magazine.

Net result? Banks (who wouldn’t comment on the rumors) might be looking for a new supermodel to helm ANTM. “She’s really throwing all her weight behind her talk show,” according to a source familiar with The Tyra Banks Show. “She’s putting lots of pressure on her staff to keep her show on the map. She had Barack Obama on, she had Hilary Clinton on — she got a taste of playing with the big boys and now Top Model seems to detract from her big plans.”
